Asiakastieto is improving the accessibility of its personnel. Our telephone numbers will change on 1.12.2009

Suomen Asiakastieto reforms its telephone system on the 1st of December 2009. Our customers will notice this as a change of our telephone numbers to corporate numbers starting with 010. The reform will improve the accessibility of our personnel and make the customer service more efficient. We do our best to minimise possible interruptions caused by the reform in our services.

The new telephone numbers start with 010 2707 followed by a specifying three-digit extension. The extension is mainly the same as the last three digits of the former telephone numbers. For example, if the former fixed line number of your contact person in sales has been (09) 1488 6507, it will be 010 2707 507 after the reform. The contact persons’ mobile phone numbers will remain unchanged.

The new telephone number for our exchange will be 010 270 7000.

The new telephone numbers will be valid on Tuesday, the 1st of December 2009.
