Consumer credit data classification

Consumer credit data classification

Consumer credit data classification divides consumers into five different credit data classes. The service separates those with other credit data entries than payment defaults into a group of their own . These entries are e.g. own credit stoppage, entry about supervision of interests or entry about having been declared legally incompetent. The credit data classification is based on a statistical model on the impact of the number, quality, age, and sum of credit data entries on the person's probability to get new payment defaults. The model also takes into account recession and alterations in the Credit Information Act.

Consumer credit data classification brings additional sales with controlled risk, because it makes it possible for you to get new potential customers, for example, of consumers who have a payment default with slight significance. Other credit data entries (e.g. OLK) do not automatically prevent you from doing business.
