Rights of use
All persons given the right of use shall have the right to use credit data on companies. Private individuals' credit data can only be used by persons who need, in their work, personal credit data, according to statutory provisions, for credit granting, credit controlling, or other corresponding use. The users shall undertake to comply with the regulations and instructions for the use of personal credit data. The subject of a personal credit data inquiry concerning a person in the Nordic countries will always receive a notification of the inquiry.

Entry into force of the contract
The contract shall come into force after Suomen Asiakastieto Oy has accepted the contract sent by the Customer and provided the Customer with the user identifiers or otherwise opened the use of the service. The contract shall become effective by opening the service without the signature of the parties. Suomen Asiakastieto Oy shall have the right to refuse to make the contract.
