Analysing the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, as well as their strategies helps a company to define its position in the market and to sharpen its own activities. Competitor Analysis reviews the company's relation to named competitors e.g. on the basis of profitability, efficiency, solvency, and development.
Competitor Analysis combines the strenghts of the traditional financial statements analysis and industry analysis. The analysis report of more than 30 pages shows the company's key ratios as distinct tables and graphs covering a period of as long as 10 years. The analysed companies are also scored and put into rank order on the basis of different comparison criteria.
