As the result of a search, the program opens the company list screen, which lists all companies meeting the search criteria in alphabetical order according to names.

You
can access the financial statements data of a company by double-clicking
the company’s name. You can also activate the line with the mouse,
and then click the 
button.
On the financial statements screen you can browse financial statements data of all companies in the company list by using the arrow key in the company browsing.
button takes
you back to the Search criteria screen to change or add search criteria.
You can examine the result of the search either in the form of a name list or a table of ratios. Select the mode of presentation from the lower part of the screen by clicking the desired option.
Name list
The name list shows the company’s name, domicile and Internet address, if it is known. The Internet address acts as a link so you can directly access the company’s home page, if you so wish.
If the search also includes inactive companies, the black field by the company’s name indicates that the company is bankrupt, dissolved or that it has been merged with another company.
Table of ratios
By selecting the table of ratios as the mode of presentation,
you get the companies listed according to the turnover, balance sheet
total, operating margin in %, return on investment, quick ratio, or equity
ratio, from the biggest to the smallest. You can change the order by double-clicking
the heading line of the desired ratio column.
If
you wish to examine the placing of a certain company in the company list,
double-click the desired ratio by the company’s name. The line field
in the lower part of the screen tells you the placing of the company in
the company group.
On the financial statements screen you can browse
the financial statements data of the companies in the company list according
to the latest order you have selected.
Select the company by clicking the box on the left-hand side of the name. The Selected field in the lower part of the screen tells you the number of companies you have selected.
With
the 
button
you can select all companies in the list.
You can print the financial statements, ratios or company list (including
names, Business IDs, mail addresses and post offices) on paper or to file
by clicking the 
icon.
Print
With
the 
button you can delete
all the selections you have made. NOTE! The selections are not deleted
automatically even though you get back to the Search criteria screen and
start a new search. Thus, it is possible to collect companies for printing
during several searches.
