Are the inquirers of credit information shown in the credit information?

Only the persons, who have entries in the credit information can, when exercising their statutory inspection right, get to know to whom their credit information has been disclosed. Asiakastieto is not allowed to keep in the credit information register data on an inquiry of a person who has no credit information entries. A person who has acquired the Tietovahti (ID guard) service receives a notification of an inquiry made of them to the e-mail. By logging in to the Tietovahti service, a consumer gets information on the inquirer. Data of inquirers are stored in the Tietovahti service for the duration of its validity period; however, at most one year.
