You can get a payment default, if a payment related to a claim or service has been unpaid long enough. In consumer credit defaults, the payment must be over 60 days overdue. If the payment for a debt is claimed at the District Court, the court decision generates the payment default entry. In addition, a payment default entry can be filed by the enforcement authority.
