Planned service windows

Here you can find information and a list of preplanned service windows for Asiakastieto services.

We maintain and update our systems regularly in order to ensure satisfactory service availability and capacity.

Service windows

Some technical procedures may require some service downtime for some set of services. We are determined to keep this time as short as possible and try to schedule any downtime in a way that it would cause as little inconvenience as possible for our customers. The announced service windows are the maximum time frames during which there might be some glitches in services.

The regular service windows for 2026 are:

1. Quarterly production release windows on Sunday 23.00 - Monday 6.00:
Service breaks to be expected on services that are deployed or updated. Dates are listed in the table below.

2. Monthly Operating System Update Windows on Sundays 00:30–06:00:
No service interruptions are expected. If necessary, updated services will be restarted during the Monday morning maintenance window. Listed in the table below.

3. Weekly database maintenance window Mondays 5.00-7.00:
Occasional interruptions expected, not listed separately. 

4. Quarterly system maintenance windows Saturday 18.00 - Sunday 12.00
Short breaks to be expected. If longer breaks expected those will be communicated separately. Dates are listed in the table below.

Change restrictions in the Asiakastieto Production Environment starts June 18th and ends August 16th 2026 and a second one starts November 23th 2026 and ends December 6th 2026 and last one starts December 14th 2026 ends January 6th 2027.

Other planned and unplanned breaks as well as longer breaks during the above windows will be communicated via service break information emailing lists. You can join these lists via your account manager or via links within contract users webUI.
