Order terms for certificate products
Suomen Asiakastieto Oy (hereinafter referred to as ‘Asiakastieto’) sells and markets Strongest in Finland certificate products. These products are the Strongest in Finland Silver, Strongest in Finland Gold, Strongest in Finland Platinum and Strongest in Finland Diamond certificates. These order terms apply to all Strongest in Finland certificate orders.
The customer will receive the following order-related messages or deliveries:
1. Order confirmation
2. Product delivery message (with the delivery of digital products)
3. Delivery of framed certificates, glass trophies and stickers.
Order confirmation for new order
New customers will receive an order confirmation for the certificate products by email containing the following information:
- Customer’s information
- Order number
- Products ordered
- Total order price
The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer. If the customer has any objections to the order confirmation, the customer must notify Asiakastieto’s customer service. Notifications must be made within one (1) day counted from the date of the order confirmation.
Order confirmation for standing order customers
Standing order customers will receive an order confirmation for the certificate products by email containing the following information:
- Customer’s information
- Order number
- Products ordered
- Total order price
The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer. If the customer has any objections to the order confirmation, the customer must notify Asiakastieto’s customer service. Notifications have to be made within seven (7) days starting from the date of the order confirmation.
Product delivery
Before the order is delivered, the customer will receive a product delivery message to the email address provided by the customer. If the customer has any objections to the product delivery, the customer must notify Asiakastieto’s customer service. Notifications must be made within one (1) day counted from the date of the product delivery.
The customer will receive a product delivery message for the certificate products by email containing the following information:
- Customer’s information
- Order number
- Products ordered
- Instructions for the use of digital certificate products
- Links to digital certificate products
New order
Product deliveries have individual delivery times depending on the product type.
• Framed certificates are delivered by mail within 1–2 weeks.
• Glass trophy certificates are delivered by courier within 1–2 weeks.
• Reliable Partner and Zeckit visibility within 1–2 weeks.
• Asiakastieto’s company search visibility within 9 weekdays.
• Digital products within 9 weekdays.
• Strongest in Finland personalised stickers by mail within 1–2 weeks.
Subscription
Product deliveries have individual delivery times depending on the product type.
• Framed certificates are delivered by mail within 1–2 weeks.
• Glass trophy certificates are delivered by courier within 1–2 weeks.
• Reliable Partner and Zeckit visibility within 1–2 weeks.
• Asiakastieto’s company search visibility within 9 weekdays.
• Digital products within 9 weekdays.
• Strongest in Finland personalised stickers by mail within 1–2 weeks.
Digital products are recommended to be saved in the company’s own files without delay.
Forms of subscription
The certificate subscription can be valid until further notice or temporary.
1. Temporary subscription
A temporary subscription is a one-time order and will be invoiced within one month of the start of the subscription, according to the current price list.
2. Subscription valid until further notice
A non-fixed-term subscription is valid until terminated. A non-fixed-term subscription requires that the credit rating and other Strongest in Finland criteria are met at the beginning of the new subscription period. At the start of the new subscription period, we will deliver certificate products according to the credit rating (Strongest in Finland Silver, Strongest in Finland Gold, Strongest in Finland Platinum or Strongest in Finland Diamond).
The subscription fee will be invoiced at the start of a new twelve-month (12) subscription period at the current subscription price. Asiakastieto’s customer service must be notified of the termination of a subscription that is valid until further notice in writing immediately after the order confirmation, before the product delivery. If the customer has received the ordered products, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Registered trademark
Suomen Vahvimmat® (Strongest in Finland) is a registered trademark owned by Asiakastieto and protected by trademark legislation. Using the certificate without a valid agreement with Asiakastieto is illegal. The visual appearance or content of the certificate may not be changed.
Restrictions on use
The Strongest in Finland products are intended for the customer’s use only. Passing them on to third parties is prohibited.
